Valve Not Interested in Left 4 Dead 3 Motion Control

Left 4 Dead 2
Valve does not plan on utilizing Project Natal on the Xbox 360 with Left 4 Dead, says the team lead Chet Failszek.
Supposedly, Valve does have a sort of interest, if not pleasure, in Project Natal, but Faliszek has said that they have no plans on tacking on a mini-game in Left 4 Dead 3. Stating the hypothetical mini-game of decapitating zombies. Not sure how many of you even thought that motion controls such as Microsoft’s would work well with L4D, but this guy is clearly against crappy party-game collections.
He went on to state that they would not make bad video games that they would not even play if they had a joystick. This is pleasantly more information than the general developer response to inquisitive questions, being “We’ll see what happens”. People ask why Project Natal will fail, and the answer is simply because it seems that it is intended for tacky party games opposed to intense games or first person shooters.
Whatever it is, enjoy the fact that Valve is a developer that will not simply create bad games with a cash grabbing title in order to exploit the Left 4 Dead fan base, whom are eagerly awaiting L4D 3.
