Square Enix has now begun the application process for the latest installment into the popular franchise, Final Fantasy XIV, appearing both on the PC and PlayStation 3 as a massively multiplayer online role-playing game.

Runescape as it is now holds a lot of potential. It is one of the most successful browser rpg’s available, I would think, and has a large community of gamers that support it. So may Jagex be looking into expand their horizons and bring the Runescape game into areas such as console or PC gaming.

Video Games are improving generation by generation, offering a deeper storyline and more freedom than ever before. Granting the player the ability to make what they want out of the game, choosing the role of being the good guy or the bad guy, or maybe just a guy who does what he needs to do achieve his goals. With all of these improvements, controversies and public disputes follow closely behind, especially with many AAA titles that are sure to push the envelope in one way or another, whether it be through controversy or innovation.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 was officially released as of yesterday, and many people have picked it up and shown their impressions. As a former Call of Duty 4 player, I have to say I am impressed with have I encountered and experienced during the multiplayer sessions. It definitely left a good impression on me for one, and it makes the original game look almost unappealing now.

What are some video game remakes that you wish for a developer to remake? If you have been playing games for longer than two generations of consoles releases, there is most likely a franchise on one generation console that has not been remade for the next generation. Such has how Shadow of The Colossus has been released on the Playstation 2, but has no hopes of a remake on the much more powerful Playstation 3. There is a game that pretty much many experienced gamers will have that they wish remade, but I am personally looking further back into the Playstation 1 era.
