Hardly have you been able to see Epic Mickey Detailed on the internet, since the amount of information on the topic is so sparse. Epic Mickey is the unexpected, and seemingly amazing, upcoming Nintendo Wii game being developed by Junction Point Studios with Warren Specter on board as the designer.
It will be a Nintendo Wii exclusive, because the gameplay is heavily reliant on the Wii Motion Controls. Making use of the Wii Mote to give Mickey Mouse the ability to paint and erase the environment around him. The story is based around the forgotten characters in the Disney World, and how they rise up against Mickey to dethrone him from his prestigious title. The concept art of the game shows a very distinct art style that will surely boost it to being one of the best Wii games of the year. It has an interesting gameplay focus as well as art direction, which is to be expected.
Game Informer is having a special article devoted towards this mysterious game, and hopefully it will be reveal more to come. I am hoping to see some ingame screen shots. Many are expecting the game to have lack luster graphics, but with the style I have seen in the concept art, it should be a minor nuisance. It’s hard to have Epic Mickey Detailed because of the lack of information provided by the developers. But for now, all we have to know of Epic Mickey is the scarce information provided, rumors and speculation.
