Sony Bringing PlayStation 3 Hackers to Court

The PlayStation 3 has recently had a major security breech at the hands of a hacking group, fail0verflow, and famed iPhone hacker George “GeoHot” Hotz; to which Sony said they would fix via network updates. These new hacks would allow for any owner of the PS3 to run unsigned code on their system, which leads to piracy and homebrew. However, instead of releasing said “network update” as promised, they are filing for a restraining order against the hackers.
